1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Roxan Dictionary ("the App"), provided by Muxtar ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2 Description of Service & License

Roxan Dictionary is an offline-capable, multilingual educational dictionary application. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement for personal, non-commercial, or educational purposes.

3 Offline Content & Lexical Data

The dictionary definitions, phonetic transcriptions, grammatical annotations, and related linguistic resources packaged within or downloaded by the App are curated for reference and study. While we strive for accuracy, language is fluid and definitions may contain historical, regional, or typographical nuances.

4 Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary database formats of the App.
  • Use the App to develop a competing lexical database or software product without explicit prior written authorization.
  • Distribute modified, repackaged, or pirated APKs or binaries of the App.
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security features or licensing mechanisms implemented in the App.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its visual interface, branding, logos, icons, user experience design, and proprietary compilation of lexical assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of Muxtar. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Muxtar or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

8 Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

9 Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate your agreement by deleting and uninstalling the App from all of your devices.
